Four codebases behind one product: a Flutter app, a NestJS + Prisma API, a Next.js admin console and a Dockerised deployment I moved off AWS onto a self-managed Hetzner box when the managed bill stopped paying for itself. - **Banny** — A behavioural health recovery platform built around a scored assessment that produces a personalised programme rather than a fixed one. The interesting engineering is not the Flutter app: it is the three native iOS app extensions built on Apple's Screen Time and Family Controls stack, which let the product block content at the operating-system level and lift the block on a timer the app never has to be running for. - **CoordKit** — A field-grade coordinate instrument with six formats, offline measurement and a stamped camera, built around a map you aim rather than poke. Its most interesting code is the test suite: the platform rules that cost me a debugging session each are encoded as invariant tests that fail the build. - **Latitude Longitude Finder** — A precision geopositioning tool with 300k+ organic installs and nine major versions behind it.
